This site enables users to search a 60,000 record database of companies.  The site also offers a fee-based subscription service enabling subscribers to access special services and documents online.

Document images stored within the ORC central databases can be requested in real time from the web site.  These images are converted into a PDF document, where security features and an ORC watermark, are added on the fly.  This is then presented in the subscriber’s web browser in real-time and his account debited.

Website Hosting Infrastructure

Info Exchange’s Managed Website Hosting services are delivered via a Dedicated Web Server and a separate Dedicated Database (SQL) Server – due to the high-end, database driven, type of the sites developed by Info Exchange, we have established the most scaleable and redundant hosting architecture utilized by any of the local HSPs.
A Web Server is dedicated to serving web pages (HTML, ASP scripts, .NET Framework etc.) All database activity will be offloaded onto a separate dedicated SQL Database Server.

Data Centre

The Network Operations Centre (NOC) in which our servers reside was built to withstand Flooding Category 5 Hurricanes.
The state-of-the-art Data Centre Network, comprised entirely of carrier-class, Cisco Systems and Foundry Networks hardware, features redundancy at all layers.
At the hardware layer multiple routers and switches are configured in parallel with dynamic routing and switching to ensure automated fail-over during hardware, software or link failure.
Each Data Centre is located directly on multiple diverse Fiber Rings, and is redundantly connected to IP carriers by two separate providers, Bellsouth and OnFiber. BGP4 is used in conjunction with the RouteScience PathControl system providing automated real-time (sub-second), best path route adjustment to ensure that traffic is delivered to the best provider.
